These hand renderings are a representation of a Residential Traditional class project, in colored pencile and marker.  

 

The overall project was to design a Traditional Style home for a chosen realistic client.  

 

The client:  

Asked for a style that resemled the Dutch Colonial Style and wanted a look to provide for more modern day appeal (less dull coloring and more pops of color).
