The Quetzal Hotel is a destination hotel in Quepos, Costa Rica; near the San Jose Airport.  By using one of the many beautiful birds; the Quetzal Bird, of Costa Rica for inspiration of the project, the colors were a natural pop for hotel. By also using many natural elements like limestone, living walls, and bi-fold doors; the project allowed many of the natural beauties of Costa Rica indoors. 

 

Location inpiration: 

This project is inspired because of my Aunt and Cousins with their travels to Costa Rica.  I am hoping of traveling there as well, come next year.
